Plasma Cutting

We offer design, development, and manufacturing of various products using plasma cutting technology.

Plasma Cutting Process:

Plasma cutting uses a high-frequency spark to ionize a pressurized gas, creating plasma that melts the conductive material. The high speed of the ionized gas then removes the molten metal, enabling precise cutting.

The following photograph illustrates the process:

Plasma cutting is performed in two ways: manually for quick and less precise cuts on materials up to 38 mm, and with CNC for high-precision cuts on pieces up to 150 mm.

Production:

Purchasing Management offers design, development, and manufacturing of a wide range of parts through plasma cutting, covering all possible materials and thicknesses with this method.

There are many types of plasma cutting, primarily depending on the gas used:

  • High-definition plasma cutting.
  • Nitrogen plasma cutting.
  • Oxygen plasma cutting.
  • Argon plasma cutting.
  • Water jet plasma cutting.
  • Etc.

Materials:

Plasma cutting requires the use of conductive metals. The most common include:

  • Steel.
  • Aluminum.
  • Brass.
  • Copper.

Plasma cutting is widely used across various industries: in automotive for chassis and frames, in construction for beams and sheet metal products, and in sectors like mining and shipbuilding for the manufacturing and repair of piping and ventilation systems.
